Angry safersex.org........funny

Hey Guys,
ive been tracking the search position of safersex.org in google.com
for the past 4-5 months its always been on the #1 spot.
pretty weird.
never seen a website hold is position for so long.
wonder if they pay google to hold their spot.

The only people who pay for listings on Google are the sponsors, but they are clearly marked and defined within the listings. If a site optimizes itself efficiently and if there is little competition, it isn't uncommon for it to hold the #1 spot for a long time.

But the point is that this site occupies the top spot for one of the most popular if not the most popular search phrase in the world on google. By analyzing them maybe something more can be learned about how google works.

The site has about 1,100 incoming links on Google that appear to be from other relevant sites in that site's area. Obviously this would greatly increase the site's ranking.
