Question euniverse.com - how to join?

I see a lot of big entertainment sites (including gaming/emulation) running euniverse ads. I went to euniverse.com but I couln't find any sign-up page to apply for their network. Anyone know where I have to go? Thanks.

I've also heard complaints that they have no plans to pay those affiliates who were booted. Which probably comes as no surprise since their financial state does not seem to be the most healthy.

To be honest, I have no clue how they will possibly survive without their affiliates, as their business plan is built on affiliates. Anyone know what's up?
