If you want make online audio/radio you will need server and more bandwidth. If project will be popular you can earn a lot of money.

I also seen some business like this. And I think they are successful with their business as their site has been up for 3 years now.

Odesk is good but difficult to get work because huge fake freelancer who bid very low rate & make confused another skilled people & also the buyer.
