Question good pop-up/under sponsors that allow international webmasters?

i am looking for a good/reliable pop-up or under sponsor that allows international webmasters and it shows only ONE pop-up/under (i know that some do have several pop-ups or exit pop-ups). i have performed search and found -

goclick.com - $2.5
exitfuel.com - $5 (can't access the website)popupsponsor.com - $5
AdScholar.com - $2 (don't know internationl webmaster is allowed)

from your experience with them, may i know how many pop-ups they shown and from your point of view which one should i go for? popupsponsor.com (highest rate) or goclick.com (lots of happy affiliates) or any other good sponsors that i missed out?

Thanks thanks a lot in advance http://geekvillage.com/ubb/smile.gif

Well, you can rule out PopupSponsor and ExitFuel straight off the bat, since both spawn multiple popups.

And don't dismiss FastClick and BlueFishNetwork and StickyCash.

That leaves you with five reliable options from which to select. If I were you, I'd apply to each so that you can chop-and-change in order to mix things up a little, and so that you can deduce which garners the best responses from your visitors.

Stickycash has been down for several days now. At least from several European ISP's and therefore their code doesn't work.

Ad Scholar is in huge problems I think. My banner code pop up a login area auth. box. Don't know whats up with them but they have also had problems with paying and
I'm yet to receive 800 $ which they owe me back from December/January.
