There are many web designing tools available in the internet.
Dreamweaver, Fireworks, Photoshops, Firebugs is the most popular among them. The CoffeCup software is really helpful as the HTML editor. |

These tools are helpful for the beginners. But for professional designing you may have to choose some good one.

I agree with your list. I find these tools the best for web designing. Apart from these, illustrator is also a good tool.
