I would like to know how I can get information and put them on web pages, editing just the content, but leaving the design. I have heard about CSS AND SSI, but I have no idea what it is. If any could help me I would be greatly appreciated!

CSS is a Cascading Style sheet, SSI is Server Side Includes its a way to tell the server to insert something into a web page before it is sent to the viewer.
