Lightbulb PR3, 4000 Members List, 400 uniques/ day - need to sell fast

I need to sell this site right away, so I'm going to take the first person to offer $1,500 or best offer. I need to sell this quick, so just make me an offer if you want it!

http://www.crackthemyspacecode.com

This site is well established and I've been building it for the last 5 months.

With purchase of the website it includes...

- Members List of over 4,000 members.
- PR3 Homepage.
- Currently $400-$500 monthly revenue.
- Administration area.
- 300-400 unique visitors per day
- I will provide 30 days support for the website after it is transfered to you.
- Plus much more

If you purchase this website, I will personally transfer the website to your hosting provider and make any customizations of the website that you would need during the change over.

I just added adsense to the site today, so I'm not sure what type of revenue that could bring in. I really don't want to sell this site, but I need to sell it due to lack of funds for paying bills at the moment.

This website has huge potential. I spent the first 2 weeks promoting it on myspace. And since then it has slowly grown on its own. This is a perfect website for a creative marketer who wants to build it as a business.

Please contact me with any questions...

Hi Jason,

I'm very interested, but have a few quick questions related to your revenue statement:
1. How were you generating revenue prior to AdSense (ie, where does the $400-$500/month come from)?
2. Will you provide proof of income to an interested buyer?

Thanks in advance,
Josh

Yes, actually I just added the adsense yesterday so there is not definitive stats for adsense. The revenue comes from a one-time-offer that members see after they register for the site. And from affiliate sales promoting FriendBlasterPro software.

Here are screenshots from my PayPal account... There is revenue from members buying monthly memberships, and one-time-payment memberships. There is also revenue from promoting FriendBlasterPro as an affiliate...

If you're really interested in this website, contact me right away... I just got an offer for $1000... but I'm really looking for $1500 and even at $1500 it's a steal!
