Default Receipts/Taxes

I recently got an offer from an advertiser however they are requesting a receipt for their payment to advertise on my site for taxes...

First off I know Ebay does receipts through the email so do you think it would be alright if I just did that for a receipt?

Also for the tax thing, I don't included taxes in the payment but I am guessing they are just using the receipt to show where their money went and what not.

An email receipt would be fine. Make sure to include the pertinent details of the transaction: name, address, quantity, amount, etc.

Why would you include taxes? They are responsible for reporting their revenue and expenditures and you are responsible for reporting your revenue and expenditures.
