The network that can get the exclusives and have unique offers that are not plopped in every single network there is is the network that will be most successful. Just starting out though that would be pretty tough to contract advertisers on an exclusive basis.

I agree this is the key. When I look at a new network the first thing I look for is unique offers that I haven't seen everywhere else. Keyword for me is "unique". If I see "new" offers that are like "Win a convertible!" for 40 cents or "Enter our $10,000 Sweepstakes", those won't lure me in.

Recipe/cooking offers, travel offers, high-paying CPA ads for health-related or finance issues, and per-sale offers on hot new products are types of things that I look for. These might seem targetted to niches to some people but they work really well with general audience lists.

What we look for is residual income. Otherwise merchants enjoy the fruits of OUR labor for years to come in return for a few measily cents.

I'd just like to announce to everyone that our new network has been launched. I welcome GeekVillage members to sign up and become publishers. http://www.MaxBounty.com

Open to comments too.

Only have a handful of offers at the moment, but we are adding more quickly. I promise to offer the best rates we can give, certainly better than most other ad networks, and to work at getting unique offers for our affiliates.

Since we're a new network, with an almost non-existant affiliate base to start with, there's big earning potential with our referral program. Second tier is 5% for 12 months.
