Nintendo, let us know if they send you real details of those bonus offers. That might even be enough to convince me to run their homepage banners.

I assume they're NOT talking about raising your payout microscopically by 2%, from say 5% to 5.1%. They presumably mean that commissions would go from 5% to 7% (or even 9%??) for qualifying items, whatever those might be.

Thanks.

:::That might even be enough to convince me to run their Easy Links banners.

Don't let this convince you unless you can get a ton of orders!!! You have to be in the top .01% to get these bonuse offers. It wasn't until after my HUGE holiday season that I got these offers. I got 2,741 items ordered during that quarter, so I'm hoping to get the 3,553 or more items ordered at the next holiday season. I even had to snail mail them a paper version of the contract for the last quarter. I only did that to show them I was interested in the bonuses, since I know I won't be geting them until the next holiday season!! Here's the corrected E-mail.

*****

Bonus #1--As an added incentive, if you are able to sell 3,553 items, we will increase your referral fees by 2% for qualifying items

Bonus #2--As an additional added incentive, if you are able to sell 8,397 items, we will increase your referral fees by an additional 2% for qualifying items

* You agree to add an Easy Link to your homepage(s) (note that weve added a text version of Easy Links)
* You agree to sell a minimum number of non-media items. See the table below for details (note that weve reduced the non-media requirement by approximately 20% per tier)

*****

Translation: 6 to 8%, then 8 to 10%!!!!! (I make it to the 6% right now.)

Hmmm. Possible, but I'm not sure I want to push Amazon that hard at the expense of other sponsors. It's a very good general-purpose program, but it's never been my leading source of income.

[That is, 3500 items is possible. 8500, I just don't see that ever happening.]

It is possible. At Amazon's boards, there is a thread asking how much you're making. One person has had 8,513 items ship, making $14,574.26 so far this quarter. That person has about 40 sites. Another person has made $37,815.98 so far THIS quarter, while another person has made $13,214.53 so far!!! So I got a LONG way to go!!!!

Just got my own email about the 2%/4% bonuses. My targets are somewhat higher - 4,022 sales and 9,507 sales, respectively.
