You'll probably end up with much better results by searching the forums for "banner ads" or something similar...

But here's a quick list off the top of my head in no particular order:

Google Adsense
SayByeBye*
CompactBanner*
AdOptimal*
Banner-Media
FastClick
Commission Junction
BURST!

*Banners sometimes have popup ads embedded

Of course there are a great many more, but this list should give you a good start (at least to search the forums for reviews).

Just to add some more...

ValueClick.com
BudsInc.com
Adtegrity.com
Advertising.com
TribaleFusion.com
AdDynamix.com
RealcastMedia.com
FocusIn.com
JoeTec.com

SearchTraffic.com
SearchFeed.com
TargetWords.com

Paypopup.com
PopupTraffic.com
Casalemedia.com
Infinite-Ads.com

Websponsors.com
FineClicks.com
ShareASale.com
DirectLeads.com

And there's more!

But really, it depends on what type of advertising you wish to use, what kind of website you have, and the traffic you get.

I thought they meant banners (468x60) only. Misread the post. My bad.

Yes, there's probably hundreds of companies.

Heh, didn't think of it that way. Just replaced 'banner' in my head with 'advertisement'.
