My budget is $40/mo. I am planning to host my web sites at cloud hosting account.

So far, warez-host.com is my favorite.
I based a VPS selection on multiple good reviews throughout the net and on a hosting discussion board.
The system itself is rock solid and the software & features are excellent.

As I see, this host I reliable and reputed.
I contact them, sales rep explained me everything and spent almost 2 hours with me. Finally I ordered VPS account, setup was instant.
