Got my check! YAY!

Hope everyone else gets their check. Just give them the info they ask for and I am sure it will be fine if you are still having problems - these folks will work with you.

The only reason(s) I still am not using their affiliate program, however, are because I find Super TAF works better w/my site. I can get subscribers and there are fewer ads. HOWEVER I don't make the $$$, yet with the 'unique visitor' problem it isn't that big a difference, when it comes to humor sites.

How is everyone's legal action going?

Anyone else get paid yet?

Please keep us updated, they still owe me a great deal of money and i will need to take action soon if they dont take care of this.

I'm an international affiliate and was told my check was sent 3 days ago.

I'll let you know when I get it.

For the other international affiliates out there who haven't received it yet, my advice is you answer the following questions and send them their way:

1. A small write-up about your site.
2. How you grew your audience.
3. How large is your audience?
4. Do you mail to them?
5. If so, how often?
6. Did you purchase advertising? If so, please provide support (invoice, payment support, etc...)

These are the questions they asked me, and after I sent them the answers I was told the check would be sent immediately.

If you are a US affiliate and still have not been paid, just do what it said in the last post on here regarding internationals - just give them that info. How you grew your list, how often you update, info on mailings, advertising, etc...and if you have receipts include them. The more info you can give the better.

Knut, I don't think it's a good idea to post his e-mail address. His in-box will be flooded in the morning.

I'm not sure if it was Knut or not but I emailed someone privately letting them know his address, there was a reason I did not post it directly on here. I do not feel his email address should be posted here because he did not state such. While there is nothing legally wrong about posting it, it's more of a courteous privacy issue - Richard sees what goes on here, and if he wanted his email address to be here he'd post it himself.

Just my 2 bits.

My account just got cancelled, does anyone have any advice? My sites are completely legit.

Hmm...how can the activity on your account result in high attrition rates for them? Wouldn't that be their problem?

I have a question to all of you about their 'competitor' policy. I'm gonna start a new thread about it though.
