I, too, recommend AdCycle. First of all, it is cheap ($129), it is flexible and it can handle quite some traffic. We are serving 30.000-40.000 pageviews a day without a hassle, and I think you could easily quadruple the amount.

If you don't want to install it yourself, I am sure you will find someone who does it for a fee.

I am still using this, I am doing about 180,000 - 230,000 ad impressions a day with it without any problems.

Although its no where near the best script around any more, but is quite good if you don't want to use mysql and like perl scripts.
