Default PHP: local time

Anybody knows the command to get the local time of the visitor of my website (so not the local time of my own server, but the visitor).

Thanks in advance!

Little late on the return, but here it is. I would be extremely surprised if you could get the local time of the visitor, and the reason is this: PHP is server-side scripting, meaning everything is parsed by the server. The time that it reads is what is on the server.

Javascript on the other hand is client-side scripting. Everything is parsed by the browser on the local computer, so if you want the local time of your visitor, it should be done by Javascript.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but that is how I understand it.
