Unhappy Cashing in a PR6 website?

In a moment of desperation, I started thinking about alternative futures of ym websites. The lack of man working hours has permitted us from developing content and/or the platform so we have not been able to deliver any of the good ideas we had. Still, we do have decent traffic and a PR6.

So I been thinking about alternative futures for the site:

http://BitBurners.com

1) Turn it into a blog?
2) Turn is into a customized affiliate storefront?
3) A combination of these - a storefront with some content
4) Create an Amazon affiliate site using some script?

The bottom line is to reduce the workload the developement and maintenance of a fully featured site requires, and try to sell products to the users. I got this idea while looking at Chitika.com, but their ShopLinc seems less then impressing. Naturally the storefront should be somewhat targeted to the current audience.

Any ideas or suggestions? Googling this issue doesn't seem to cut it...

You can kinda do all three. Have some content/articles in blog form and allow the visitor to comment. Sprinkle related industry adverts within the text and uniform on the pages.
It may be stagnated if nobody comments or participates but the maintenance will only be a new article/post once every so often and approving the comments.

For me I would go with 3) A combination of these - a storefront with some content. I am not to familiar with the Amazon Affiliate program and if it would minimize the workload. Although it would be a good idea. But I would suggest the blog/affiliate storefront. And at a later date implement the Amazon affiliate.

Blogging about the items in your storefront would be great. I know many who prefer a review of products.

You must go for a affiliate storefront you just need to put some information about products and registration with affiliate providers.
Just do marketing of your website and get the $$$$s
