Have they changed the location to finding the info from people who ordered? I go to Statistics & Reporting and the only links I get are

Management Reports
Pre-migration Account Statements
Pre-migration Chargebacks (miscellaneous charges)
Holdback Fund
Review Account Access Logs

Last week I got a DD payment but couldn't find any order, and then today I got an E-mail from a user that paid over a week ago.

Yea! and it's hard to find but do this:

Admin > Transaction Management > Find a particular Order (then on this page set the date range and run the search to see your orders)

You should also be recieving daily management reports so make sure they don't get caught in your spam filter. These show captured transactions. If you aren't getting them, then back to Admin to change your settings.

EDIT: the other little thing I do is configure a form on the results page after the user submits the order/pays then they automatically go to this private form page to submit data. When this form data hits my inbox I also know I have an order so this helps me prevent lost orders. In your case, you could just do a simple survey with required fields in the form. You can set up this results page via the Admin of mypaysystems.

HTH

Thanks.

Now I'm guessing they used an E-mail address that they havn't checked yet. I have the URL they go to be a cgi URL that creats a log containing that long URL that PaySystem adds at the end, and that's got all the orders listed in the Transaction page.
