Default FOR SALE - Chain of Websites

1. Your name: Mark Harrell
2. URL of site: Many URLS, selling as a package, can be viewed at http://www.acinc.biz
3. Age of site: Ranging all the way to a year old.
4. Approximate monthly page views and/or unique visitor: Total Unique Visitors: Over 270,000 unique visitors a month.
5. How does site generate income? How much? Site can generate income off of advertising, selling the site related products. There are sites about DVD's, sell dvd products, there is a site on the atkins diet, sell atkins diet products, there is a site on games sell gaming products, there is a site about wallpapers sell computer desktop wallpaper products.
6. Who develops content and how much time does it require? The content for the site I developed. There is a script called the Smart Search script (http://www.smartsearch.com, which is a pay per click search engine which is installed on 3 of the websites. You can start a pay per click search engine for each one of those three sites.
7. Reason for selling: Liquidating all sites.
8. Will you help with the transition of the site to the new owner? Of course, will transfer all domains. If necessary, or if wanted, we are offering free hosting for 3 months.
9. Does the site have an e-zine or newsletter? Number of subscribers? No ezine, no newsletters. The DVD site has one but I doubt it has many because it really wasn't pushed.
10. The asking price for the site. MIN: $10,000 US. Already pushing offers, if you wish to make a bid on the site then you can email me at mark@acinc.biz. Let me know.

I am sure there will be more questions on these sites. There is stats available for those who request it by email ( they are password protected).

These are not cookie cutter websites, they have taken time to build and market on the search engines. Most of the traffic has come from Google, Yahoo, AOL etc. This traffic is very residual and can very easily generate 2x the traffic with more effort.

Ask away .

They sure seem like cookie cutter websites. 3 of them are almost exactly identical.

marksworld,

The atkins site is just a cookie cutter site. You took the smartsearch cgi script and you added bunch of search terms related to atkins. If you go to overture search tool and search for atkins all the search terms match with what you have in the atkins site.

This applies the same for the dvd-player-resource site. The search term used was dvd

Basically this proves that this is a cookie cutter site,

Thanks

Lavee

It seems like the only site there with any significant traffic is your free games site. I would hardly justify a 10,000 dollar expense for a game site. The site on the bottom didn't even load for me...

Clicking on the download-free-games link takes me to a jackpot.com page, which hardly seems like a place to download free games.

Also, marksworld, can you give us an idea of how much per month these sites make? As it stands, I don't think think too many people would pay $10,000 for what's on display without proof that they could make that money back in a year or so.

I guess that also begs the question: if the sites are bringing in enough money that you can sell them for $10,000, why sell them?

Default Hmm..

Heres the deal:

I have made all of these sites myself, when I said cookie cutter I meant that I didn't take these sites from somebody elses templates.

These sites are generating lots of traffic, I duplicated something that worked for me.

I didn't know I was going to get slammed by a lot of people by trying to sell these sites. If you have questions please let me know.

I get paid by these pay per click search engines because I syndicate there data. I get paid on a per commission basis. I make around $10 per day with the search engines, I get paid about $15 a day from selling clickbank products, And around $7 with websponsor links.

These sites are growing everyday, and with a little work will be getting lots more of traffic.

Gracklor you asked the question if the sites are making good money then why sell them? I answer that question both on the site and in the previous post I had. I am liquidating sites and making room for bigger projects. I am happy with the money they have made in the past, but I am looking to have some bigger sites made.

There is over 9000 visitors a day coming into these sites, I think the traffic alone is justifiable for $10,000.

Thanks for the productive questions and comments.

Default Retracting that statement..

Some of these sites ARE identical, but only because I dont have time to do something with them.

The traffic is pretty heavy though, a lot compared to a lot of the sites I see on here selling for lower. Thanks.

Actually, at $32 a day, that would mean that the sites bring in approximately $11,500 a year. Considering that $10,000 is probably pretty reasonable.

Looks as through dvd-player-resource.com has already been sold to a certain television personality/political figure:

I have just one question, one of the sites is a free host site and not a domain... What are you selling there?

Am I wrong?

Default yes it is..

if you search for 'download games' under yahoo or google or aol, you will see that this site comes up. I bought this from the owner for the traffic the site receives.

Like I said before the site makes $32 per day(average), these are just from small advertising links. Somebody can do something with these sites. It really is how you use the sites, most web site developers/owners would know this.

Thanks for your time.

Mark Harrell

Also, if you want stats, or revenue reports from various advertising networks I will give them to you.

*also note that I am not doing any banner advertising. At 9000 visitors a day, at the $2.00 CPM that would be an additional $18 a day. Please keep that in mind.*

Im suprised that most of you wouldn't have figured that one out by now.

Mark, are the revenue figures noted above derived solely from those sites that are up for sale, or do your other sites (work-at-home-parents.com, work-at-home-find.com, online-casino-live.com, etc) also contribute to these numbers? If the latter, what proportion of your revenue actually comes from the sites that you are selling?

Also, if you happen to know of a banner rep that pays $2.00 net CPM for placement on sites of this type and quality, please do let us know.
