Default CJ Accounts

All 3 of my CJ accounts are showing "Read Only Mode" and is not letting me update anything. Also I have not received the payment for august (thru direct deposit) which I used to get on or before 20th of each month.

Did anybody had the same problem or am I the only one?

I will mail them to check it out...

regards
-kams

Due to system upgrades, the CJ Account Manager will be unavailable for one hour on September 24, 2004, from 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time until approximately September 24, 2004 at 6:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

From 6:00 p.m., September 24, 2004, until approximately noon, September 25, 2004, the CJ Account Manager will be available in read-only mode, after which the CJ Account Manager will resume full functionality.

Tracking and recording of transactions are fully functional when the site is unavailable. When the site returns your reports may be delayed for up to 24 hours. If there are any changes to this schedule we will post them to the site to keep you informed.

I seem to have been disgraded in the shuffle. Last time I checked my CJ account it said a payment had been sent Sept 27th - I have not received anything. Since then, I have tried logging in and get a message that my account has been deactivated. I cannot find a way to contact CJ and find out why. When I click on the "contact" link it says you have to first log in to your account!!!! But I can't!!!! It is frustrating. I have CJ ads on five or six sites - more than one page - I don't really feel like going through all of the work entailed in taking them all off. I am at a loss. I don't understand why CJ doesn't have a way to contact them without being logged in to an account.

In this case, it likely would be best to contact them through one of their office phone numbers listed on this page: http://www.cj.com/about/contact.jsp

Unless you did something wrong, your account was probably deactivated as many others have been, without notice for lack of sales. If you don't make a sale for 6 months they pull the plug. I've heard that you can set up a new account with a new email address, but you would need to change out all your links. Big pain, I know.
