Can you tell me what is Header Tag? How to write the header...

Header tag is title tag. In this tag you are writing about your web page in short line. And it is very effective according to Google.

The <header> element represents a container for introductory content or a set of navigational links.

A <header> element typically contains:

one or more heading elements (<h1> - <h6>)
logo or icon
authorship information
You can have several <header> elements in one document.

Most are using H1 tag as a Title tag but both are difference, Some having both H1 and Title.For webpage only one H1 tag use and use more h2,h3 tags as per SEO.

How to write it? Remember that its the title of your page so it should be informative for users, but also include your targeting keyword as it makes an impact on SEO.

The header tag, or the <h1> tag in HTML, will usually be the title of a post, or other emphasized text on the page. It will usually be the largest text that stands out. There are other header tags in HTML too, like an h2, h3, h4, etc. Each can have a lesser degree of importance on the page, but it really depends on how your HTML/CSS guy did the layout.

How you write your header, or h1 tag, is going to be similar to how you wrote your title tag. Sometimes these can be the same.
Put your header tag <h1> </h1> at the top of the page, preferably after the <body> tag.
