Default Problem with domain name or ISP

Well I recently switched hosts from portland.co.uk to www.apixhosting.com and everything has been great. The only problem is that I can't access my site using my normal ISP. So I had one of my friends try and the site works for them. So thinking that it was my computer, I downloaded Netzero and, sure enough my site loads fine. I then contacted my host asking about it they said since Buckeye Internet (My ISP) is the only one that they know of having the problem, it must be their problem. So I then contacted my ISP and they said that they don't host the domain, nor do they cache information so the problem is out of their hands. Now I've had other people on other ISP's try the site and all of them are getting the correct page. So my question is what am I supposed to do? Do I contact Stargate (My Domain Registar) to see if they are having a problem, or is it infact my ISP's problem?

Sound to me as if at your ISP the DNS servr was not updated as the new new were abouts of the site. I have seen it happend on several ocations espacily when the ISP was the previus host.
Your ISP might need to manually remove the DNS address from the server and let it propogate again.
