2 months have passed by without getting paid by engage
never got an e-mail from them regarding paying 60% of what they owe me. should i just forget about it?

Have you tried contacting them? Sometimes, it takes a little initiative to get things done, especially if they are important to you.

is ther any other e-mail i should send an e-mail to?

That's the e-mail I used and to my surprise I received a reply within 10 minutes.

They e-mailed me the 60% agreement. I signed it and faxed it back. I'm suppose to receive a check within 30 days. Let's wait and see.

Yes, I agreed to the 60% offer. I figured I'd better take what I can get before the ship goes under.

They never contacted me regarding the 60% offer. I first heard about that here on this forum. That's when I decided to send them an e-mail to let them know I'm still alive.

I hadn't heard about the 60% deal (havn't been by here lately) until I got a letter from them on Monday. The agreement has to be sent back by the 14th... not leaving people much time to think. Well, it's better than the 10% I got from Startpath.
