Cool Make Money online: Art.com 's Affiliate Program

i work in affiliate sales at art.com

Unhappy

Tony, I'm glad to hear your 15,000+ affiliates make a huge amount of revenue for Art.com. I'm sorry to say I don't have the same success as an affiliate. Despite an astonishing click trough rate of 25% on my highly targeted pages linked directly to the products at Art.com, my revenue on this program is dismal. Here's my Linkshare stats for Nov. 1-15, 1999.

Link Type Product 98.98%
Merchant Art.com 100%
Top Image prints logo .3%

Impressions 4,700
Click-Throughs 1,171
Click/Imp. Ratio 24.91%
Orders 1
Order/Click Ratio .09%
Sales $23.00
Commission $3.45

So I've earned about 1/3 of a penny for every visitor sent to Art.com's site.

You state "the analysis of the #'s is very thorough and gives you a very good idea of what links work best and where on the site and what your visitors tend to buy" ... But I haven't been able to tell which link or product brought me that one sale. Please advise how to do this with the Linkshare data.

I've had numerous communications with Art.com support personnel trying to learn why my higly targeted traffic is performing so dismally at Art.com but have received little more than delayed general replies.
