Need low-cost hosting plans with these specs:
70 gbs of disk space, 2 tbs of bandwidth, Windows
What are your views on Hostnamaste.com and their KVM VPS hosting packages?
Are they good? Any expert's reviews please?

Hostnamaste.com is really good host I must say. I've had support tickets answered promptly at all hours of the night.
As long as they stick to their guns on not overselling their servers, I don't think I'll ever be looking for a new web host.

My hosting from Hostnamaste.com is perfect, couldn't ask for much more. Excellent communication and response times. After having a bad experience with a web host, this company was very refreshing. And with the prices they have, you can't go wrong.

I you do not need a silly amount of space, their support and feature set is hard to beat.

Their uptime is generally very good. The server's response time is very good.
