Some galleries and images websites does not have that much effect of content.But how those website have getting top ranking on Search Engine Result?

It's very easy actually and a very important step that most people miss when designing a website. Google does not see an image it sees the links and the coding. In your files of your images before you upload them to your server you need to name them with the search term you want to rank. So the file would be "bestdentistaustintx.jpeg" The once you put that image on your website you need to put the keyword phrase you want to target in the "alt text" of the image. This is what the spiders will see when indexing the website and know that image is about that keyword phrase.. Just remember the spiders only see code not images or videos.
