PCs vs Macs...is there a difference in HTML?

I received an email from a viewer of my site. He said that one of the forms (the software submission form) was not viewable and he was using a Mac. When the site was being designed, in truth, the thought never crossed my mind if there is a difference for Mac users.

Has anyone else encountered this problem? I have no idea how many of my viewers are using Macs but it concerns me because I would like the site to be viewable by everyone. Unfortunately, since I do not have a Mac, I can not see how it is looking. The web designer does not have a Mac either. I checked the local libraries...no Macs, and no one I know has a Mac.

I suppose when you have a situation like this you have to cater to the majority. I still feel bad about it though.

Any suggestions?

I check my sites with all the platforms that I have access to (Windows 95/98/NT/2000,Sun,FreeBSD,Redhat and Macs), there are usually color differences between the pc's unix machines and macs. Most of the problems usually have to do with resolution though (mostly for unix machines). Fonts are another problem since not all platforms have the same fonts.

If you want, I can check your site on a mac, let me know the url to check.
