Purchasing a list is not the way to go, those lists are not opt-in and would be SPAM. If you are looking for a list of people you can email on a regular basis with info on whatever you are offering, there is no substitute for building your own. It is time consuming and won't be built over the night but it will be a responsive list of people who specifically asked to get email from you. Find a list hosting service that works for you, get a subscription box up on every page of your site and market the hell out of it.

In case you can try the rent-email-list whatsoever. I am receiving emails from certain company or person offering this program of them.

Hi there, just thought id add some thoughts. Strider's right, you have to be very careful about who you buy your 'list' from. If your IP address gets blacklisted because youve been sending emails to people who dont want them (and dont have a chance to opt out), you wont be able to send any emails at all.

In my experience its better to use email marketing data companies than lists - they actually go out and check the data for quality. You can usually tell which sites are legitimate just by looking at them, but the one I would recommend is.www.lbm.co.uk/. In the past they've helped our clients out and the response to their data has normally been very good.

Of course, this is no substitute to building your list organically! Having a signup form and regular newsletter on your site is the best practice all the time.
