Default HTTP URL Content Check

I have been having some problems with my server. In specific, I experienced the situation that the server got locked up and did not respond to any input several times this year. I asked for support to my hosting company each time, and "HTTP URL Content Check" was suggested at one point. Specifically, check if the keyword "##### ##### ##### ##### #####" is present upon checking the URL http ://www. myDomain.com/123/abc/; that is the kind of automated task that I'd like to set up.

q. How can I do this?

We use a third-party service to provide this functionality and have been very satisfied with their accuracy and the timeliness of their reporting.

That is, Alertra offers an HTTP/S content checking feature that looks at certain phrases on Geek/Talk so as to alert us within minutes in the event of site defacement or downtime. The service is commercial, but not horrendously expensive.

Do you know if ServerMatrix/The Planet offers this service?
