Unhappy Anyone Ever Set Up MySQL on a Win Machine w/ IIS?

Give me a Linux box and a tarball and I can do anything. But I'm trying to set up my home computer as a test server, and it's running Win2000. I have IIS configured and operational. I have php4 setup and operational. I have a-perl setup and operational. But for the life of me I can't seem to get MySQL to work. It seems I am missing some files, like mysqld. I guess I'm having a hard time figuring out how to set IIS so that it looks for mysql. I dl'd the OBDC drivers that mysql.com said I should, and I fear that my problem lies somewhere withing the config for them.

Arghh - not I wanted to spend my Friday night doing. Any help would be appreciated!
