u can try usafis.org - they advertise in 80 countries - so are a good solution for international traffic

Orly, I've been contacted by you before to run your ads for USAFIS. USAFIS is a green card providing company, or at least advertises green card related ads.

They only look for CPA pop ads. Could be useful to sites with unmonetized international inventory.

Orly, it is best to identify yourself as an employee of that company.
