Default Nextcard in Trouble

If you are promoting the Nextcard affiliate program you might want to take down your links. Who knows if they will bw able to pay out commissions anymore.

Here's a damning news story with even more details:-

I really don't see how they're going to come back after this blow. More to the point, looks like many of their customers may get burnt too, if I understand the FDIC insurance discussion in the above news story correctly.

It's really a shame to see this happen, the affiliate program industry has taken so many hits due to mismanagement, we don't need any more. Nextcard did a really good job with their affiliate program but it seems that the money they brought in was very poorly managed. I can't see them surviving too much longer.
