Question

I have just a question for those people who use this program..

Is it really worth it?
I know $15cpm for exit is pretty much
but you open a window when someone leaves your page .. that page pop's up another window and if you close the main window it pop's up another one..

oh and another question.. how do you prevend the window from poping up if they go to another link on your site?.. don't want them to have an popup every site they visit..

I looked at the sample code they provide.

Insert this into your "A" tag
onclick="exit=false"

for an example:
<A HREF="http://www.yahoo.com"ONCLICK="exit=false">Exit </A>

Note that you may only want to put an exit coding on your first page, just to keep it simple, and kind of "reward" your visitors for being loyal, and send those to all clicks that just leave.

Now a good question is, how do you disable the pop up on SearchTraffic, and Searchbucks searches?

I think Helza was talking about the focalex popup that comes out when you go to clickheretofind and then the window that comes up when you exit clickheretofind.

I can see how that can get pretty annoying.

Helza, funpage,

If you don't feel the program is appropriate for your site, don't use it. Maybe PopUpTraffic.com is a more palatable alternative for you.

That's why they make chocolate and vanilla ice cream....

Cool

Signed up for the program - despite my site's unfortunate server crash. I will at least have a pile of money waiting for me when I re-enter the font world, though http://geekvillage.com/ubb/smile.gif

Helza,

Accounts are not set up over the weekend. I'm sure it will be done today.

We'll probably stop taking new accounts today as well.

SearchTraffic,

The promotion is interesting, but I have one major issue with the example at the top of page 5 of this thread. When I leave that site, it takes me to the pop up site, then when I leave that site, it takes me to another pop up site, then when I leave that site, it tries to take me to another pop up site, but somewhere around the third site, it crashes my Netscape 4.7 browser! I tried it again using a Windows 98 computer and it crashed the entire computer!!!

I personally think an exit popup shouldn't be linked to another exit popup, but having multiple exit popup on top of exit popup will drive away visitors once they know what they're in for...especially when it crashes their browser or Windows OS. Am I wrong? Is there a good program that perhaps doesn't pay quite as much as this one that will guarantee only a single exit popup?

Thanks.

We're closing this program to new applicants.

Thanks for you overwhelming support.

If/when the program reopens I'll let you know.

Again, thanks.

As far as opening multiple popups goes....When you do a search or click a link on CHTF it doesn't pop any other pages when you try to close the window.
