Directory Submission.
I am confused about directory submission. I want to know how many time should I submit my web site link into each directory submission site? Can I submit my web site link in a directory submission site every day? Please tell me in details.

no dear, never try to resubmit your link again in the same directory. Submit only one time and wait for their approval. Your question shows that you are a bit weak in link building so learn some tips and tricks of directory submission before submitting your website to directories

You can submit you all the inner pages of your website in single directory site.

It seems you are new in the seo field because in my opinion directory submission is the easiest marketing strategy to do. First do not submit your site on a same site till you will receive their email that they have accepted your site submission request or rejected your site. Also you should learn some contents or articles related to directory submissions.
