before one week I checked my backlinks in webmaster tools was 90 and suddenly there iis only one..how? plz reply

It depends upon the tools you are using to check your site backlinks and many of them will show you different results. Somehow as i have also observed about my site the reason of dropping of the backlinks might be the sites who have linked back to you are suspend or closed. If the sites are closed then it is the reason the backlinks are automatically break or removed.

But how it is possible at a time all get removed.

Sometimes this is also may possible our backlinks deleted. Like if we get a backlink from the blog comment when the admin of the blog delete the post at which our backlink present than we asl lost it.
