Articles submission doesn't actually brings you traffic it only depends on the users who read articles and if they like they check visit your website too. But if you have good content then indexing by search engine can give you good traffic and one thing before posting articles we should remember that articles gives perfect back links as bookmarks and directories and for getting traffic you need social media marketing.

Article submission is one of the best off page SEO technique to get traffic. Most of the article sites give do follow backlinks which are very useful. Personally I got a lot of benefit by using this technique.

i do not think so that article marketing really help you getting more traffic. it is assumed that they help a little bit in this matter. Article marketing is helpful in improving the keywords rankings as well as to improve the number of backlinks that helps in getting good page rankings.
