there are many kind of language which used to develop different kind of application

Interpreted Programming Languages:Interpreters execute the source code directly by translating the source code into an intermediate representation

Functional Programming Languages:These languages define every computation as a mathematical evaluation

Compiled Programming Languages:compiled programming language, Compilers translate source code into machine code and thus bring out the implementation of the programming language instructions.

Procedural Programming Languages:Procedures help in reuse of code. Procedural programming makes the programs structured and easily traceable for program flow
Scripting Languagescripting is a programming language that control an application.
Logic-based Programming Languages: Logic based programming use of mathematical logic for computer programming.only logic is used in this method
