So I have two questions for the geek community here and the more people that chime in the better because you will play a large role in shaping the understanding of domain names.

1. If you own the domain name for your company but it is slightly different than your company name (eg. Sal's Pizza and Salspizzanyc.com) which do you reserve on a new service like facebook, twitter, or centrally? Salspizza or salspizzanyc? What's your reason why?

2. What do you think of domain name central.ly? I love the .ly trend but it's difficult to get the centrally.com. What do you think of the name? Any thoughts on how to get the .com?

Central.ly has a good ring to it. Depends on how much you put into the site for success.
