Rotating Banners, and acceptable content of these

If you join a sponsor which rotates banners on your site (like tekno or ValueClick), OR if you join a banner exchange...you have no real control over what banners are shown on your site.

CT told me they saw a "bikini" banner exchange banner on my site. I think this was from free-banners on smart-clicks.

I have also noticed Smartclicks BE sometimes shows a casino ad. Even if you select family safe. Incidentally I have written to SmartClicks about this.

And finally we all know that atleast one very popular sponsor has sometimes had casino banners in their rotation.

So the questions are :-

1. 3 decent banner exchanges which don't have these kinds of content. Ideas ?
-- Exchange-It seems very "family safe" and very cool.
-- Link-Buddies ??? Anybody tried them ???
- I would consider LinkExchange, but (a) I can't figure out how to add a new a/c on their new interface [somebody tell me where they've hidden the button], and (b) I am concerned about whether they review sites properly

2. How do we deal with this problem ?
Personally I don't want to promote casinos, bikinis etc. I have no moral objection - these things have there place - but I just want to avoid them on my commercial sites.

3. On a more specific point - does anybody know if AdWave has any of these "themes" (or more specifically casinos) in their rotation. I am approved to run their banners on WildComputer, but don't want to run them if there are any casinos.
