Well, yes... and no. I have signed up and got accepted, but it always looked a bit... "template style, not-serious site" to me, but after a bit of research I found out that it belongs to vendare media, that owns jackpot.com, so I think it may be a good company, but one never knows. The thing that held me back from trying it fully, btw, was the w8 form I've got a complicated tax situtation and I didnt bother to fill it out yet ^^, resp. I dont know if I ever will...

I use it as a default of a default on a site that doesn't get accepted many places. I have it as a default to realcastmedia, which is a default to adsense. It seems to pay about the same as realcastmedia, but for a while they didn't have any ads to show for some of the creative sizes. When that happens you get paid $0 for your impressions. What's nice though is if they do have ads, they pay for all your inventory you send them. So far this month I'm at 1.2 million impressions which have had 130 leads and paid $287. Not great, but what I'm sending it are leftover from adsense and realcastmedia. I don't think it's any U.S. at all and probably no premium paying countries.

Yes, I'm not sure if it's for all countries, but it appears to be a lot for me at least.

I'd only recommend them as a 9th level default. They offer no way to control the type of ads that show up, a lot of the ads are CPA-based (although there are some CPMs and CPCs), and customer service is nonexistent (I've sent about 14 customer service requests and received no reply at all).

On the plus side, they do tend to pay eventually (though not always in a timely manner).

I did not even know they offered a CPC or CPM platform. Always thought they were CPA. I have them at the very last level. Never had a problem with payment from them though. Just don't forget to send in your tax form. :/
