Looking to buy: Webmaster resource sites

In an effort to build iOnline's webmaster network, I'd love to pick up a few additional webmaster-centric resources. Those looking to offload a busy webmaster forum, script directory, resource site featuring original reviews or copyright-friendly content repositories are invited to submit their offers and asking prices.

The specific kinds of sites you wish to purchase: Sites that feature either original or user-generated content that are targeted exclusively towards webmaster audiences. Script directories, programming resources, design tutorial sites, popular directories, forums and resource review sites will all be considered.

Your budget: $500 - $5000 per site.

Traffic requirements: Only interested in sites that deliver at least 10,000 pageviews monthly to at least 1,000 unique visitors.

Revenue requirements: Non-specific, but I will be looking to pay somewhere in the range of 6-24x monthly revenues if the site is currently commercial. Site cannot have been banned from an ad network due to terms violations.

Age of site: At least 6 months old; the older, the better.

Any other pertinent data: Sites should feature original content. Copyright material should not have been 'borrowed' from other sources unless appropriately licensed. Site must be listed in the three major search engines and the domain and/or IP should not be listed on any spam-related blacklists. Stats (including referral data, usage and basic demographic (country of origin) data) will need to be viewed prior to purchase. Revenue claims will also have to be supported.
