One has to wonder why you guys keep hanging in there waiting for things to miraculously change. I would have been long gone.

Just read through the whole thread again and you will see what I mean

I think want Jan is trying to say is...
There are 109 replies to this thread... most of them are "did you get paid yet?". I haven't seen any "Yes. I was paid by them yesterday." posts yet.

Most of use would've stopped serving their ads as this thread continued to grow and not show any positive upturn.

Correct me if I'm wrong I read through this thread over a week ago and have just been reading the new posts in recent days.

Well I figured I'd reply only to say that... I filled out their generic form 5 weeks ago without reply. The form doesn't even include input to include your site name or business, so I didn't give them any information that could pinpoint a specific site or get my application "rejected."

No reply, no comformation, no acknowledgement of it here even after asking - At this point, I will never use them even if I do get that confirmation email. If they can't handle new signups, how could they handle billing?

It make me think that it is so easy to earn money by set up a flake ads network and vanish after earning couple thousound dollar.

They should set up a ads council or something to have some control over the world ads network.

No need. There is an Interactive Advertising Bureau that services ad networks and others in the publishing/media buying space through the establishment of standards, codes of conduct and the like.

Non-payment is nothing to do with poor industrial organisation, though. Fraud is fraud is fraud, and every industry attracts fly-by-night players who are out to grab a quick buck at others' expense. The BBB, local chambers of commerce, lawyers or law enforcement staff and debt collectors are unfortunately often the best channels through which to deal when companies are identified as operating in a deliberately fraudulent manner.

Please note that I'm not necessarily referring to AdLogix here, but to fly-by-night players in general, who are certainly not unique to this space.

Respectfully, after a 117 posts and running for 1.5 months it's apparent to me that some of my beloved geeks are not reading all the posts in this thread.

I'm the first to admit that reading all the posts is hard work but I think this thread has run it's course.

Do continue to discuss adlogix and of course if you have a legitimate payment issue and believe you are in compliance and have delivered "legal" traffic then please properly complete Item 5 of Our Posting Guide at:

http://www.geekvillage.com/posting_g...r_bb.htm#item5

Thanks in advance for your anticipated cooperation and good luck to all
