Being an Austrian, I have developed my sites for english speaking users.

What a fool I have been *g*. Central european (german) CPM rates are still (please read carefully) at 30-50$.

Would you believe?

What companies in germany offer that CPM rate? I'm interested in translating my pages into German...just need to know where exactly to go to register a domain.

Well, I got this information from a friend of mine, working (like me) in the ad business, but I am sort of TV guy, she is doing online media buying. That's about what she sells it for to clients.

I doubt just translating content would be enough, though. You need the proper target audience to be interesting. And a second caveat: they do not sell to sites with less than 60-80.000 pageviews a month, AFAIK. That might not seem much, but remember the austrian market is really small...
