Hi friends,

Which is a good auto responder which I can install in my godaddy's hosting? which does not have a cronjob function provided?

Any suggestions are appreciated

Without a cronjob, it would be difficult.
In that case, consider going for an autoresponder service instead.
Aweber and GetResponse will be 2 of the most popular autoresponder services around.

I don't think it's possible to have it without cronjob.

If you have a dedicated server, you may want to google for patches for qmail (if you are running that to serve emails (the classic vpop+qmail setup)), I once found a piece of c-code and instructions that would enable you to have auto-responders without using a cronjob, but a cronjob is (in my opinion) the easiest and safest way to go. Just write a script that fetches all e-mails from one or many accounts, and then replies to each of the emails with the same text.
