DomainForte.com is an eNom.com reseller. It currently has 550+ domain names in sub-accounts (registered by others) all of which are retail accounts. The cost of registration for public is currently set at $12.95 per year. The applicable registration cost to DomainForte.com is currently $7.95. After credit card processing charges, this gives a profit of exactly $3.66 per domain registered for one year. The per domain margin is higher by $0.95 if a domain is registered for more than one year at a time or two or more domains are registered together. This is because per transaction credit card charge is applicable only once. The average margin currently is around $4.00 per domain. At 550 domains this will bring a profit of $2200 per year.

The registration cost can be got lowered to $6.95 by making a deposit of 500 domains x $6.95 = $3475 (less amount already in account) with eNom. This deposit is not blocked but can be used for registration of domain names. May be they could lower this amount as there are already 550 domains in the reseller sub-accounts.
