Which Anti Spam Client Software?

PC World had some reviews of anti spam client software for Windows which either plugs into Outlook Express 6.x or runs as a stand alone application.

Which one do you use and does it work?

I'm not talking about email services that filter this junk nor am I talking about IMAP web based clients that filter.

I just got a new one after using MailFilter for quite a while and I love it.. its called Spam Inspector.

It scans email then marks it as spam (deletes it and makes it red), so far it hasn't missed one nor has it flagged one wrong.

It runs on OE/and Outlook.

GiantCompany did it right! Well worth the price. I block about 250 mails a day from my inbox now

Before GiantCompany I used CloudMark's product. Great product just like GiantCompany just a tad more.

I've moved on from that one I now use http://www.keir.net/k9.html

which runs inbetween your client and your server, works with any client!

It uses bayesian filters to determine if an email is spam or not.. so you have to "teach" it.. it'll mark some legit things as spam, so just tell it not to, and it learns

My desktop is Windows XP, but I read my e-mail using mutt through SSH to my Linux server.

On my Linux server, I run SpamAssassin (with all the deluxe plug-ins such as Razor2, DCC and Pyzor) and Clam AntiVirus; if a message is detected as spam or virus, it gets thrown into the spam folder. If I'm feeling bored I might glance at the spam folder. I rarely get any false positives, and I have yet to see a false positive that was actually important (as opposed to someone on hotmail who has a lot of numbers in his username sending me an incoherent 1-line e-mail).

Here's a view of my spam folder, which gets over 100 (over 200?) spams per day. My INBOX folder is mostly clean.
