Credit Cards CPAs - geek/talk: Signature-free discourse for serious web publishers

Which credit card CPAs do you guys find work best, ie have the highest EPC when considering the payout amount per lead and the click/signup ratio?

If you've used any CC affiliate programs at all, good or bad, please post in this thread ... since it'll probably take several thousand k to evaluate each CC affiliate I'd like to narrow down the field as much as possible

I love working with the "per application" type cc CPA's. Those are the ones that pay you for each valid application rather than per approved application. They payout is slightly less for the per application ones than the approved but I think in the long run you effectively earn more. Unless you can target users that have great credit and looking for credit cards I always prefer the per application basis.

Before Johnson Lane removed their per application CPA program I was making good money from it. I had some success with the per approved application programs but not nearly as much as the per application ones.

Even though I prefer the per application ones, Johnson Lane still has a few good CC CPA programs.
