Hey guys, I need some help.
On a service agreement it says: XXX Company Contact for Notices Hereunder: __________________________ Do I actually put something down on the line? If so what should I put? I'm an idoit when it comes to legal terms (and a lot of other things) Please help

I would need to see the contract to be certain but it sounds as though they want you to enter someone's name. (The person to send any "notices" to. eg: if they were going to cancel the contract, who would they notify )
