I, too, recommend AdCycle. First of all, it is cheap ($129), it is flexible and it can handle quite some traffic. We are serving 30.000-40.000 pageviews a day without a hassle, and I think you could easily quadruple the amount.

If you don't want to install it yourself, I am sure you will find someone who does it for a fee.
