Too much advertiser selectivity does make it hard to use clickxchange properly from a webmaster perspective. A lot of large websites have pages relevant to a given ad that the advertiser will never know about just from visiting the domains homepage. Also it is a bit silly to think one can pay low cpc and cpm rates with clickxchange then expect highly targeted demographics from the sites. The ads themselves should be creative enough to self select the demographics desired if its targeted cpc, rates should reflect that though.
