Register.com immediately springs to mind, though their registration fees are a little pricey.

Personally, though, if I were going to park a domain and/or use it simply for email/web forwarding, I'd stick with a value-oriented registrar such as 000domains or PowerPipe and use MyDomain.com's free DNS services to setup the redirects. That way, you save $10-$20 a year on each domain.
